Getting a sharper pack

The writing is only ever as specific as what you tell us. Three fields do most of the work:

• Business type — what you actually sell, not your category. "Small-batch coffee roastery with a walk-in cafe" beats "coffee shop".
• Target customer — who they are and what they care about.
• Notes for the writer — words to avoid, the name to sign posts from, anything you would tell a new employee once.

Save them to a business profile and every future pack starts from there.
